I was given the ever so rare opportunity to have a one on one phone conversation with the owner of an Urban magazine today. To make an ever so long excuse short, here is the gist of the conversation: "Emily, you have a great look and an out of this world body but i just can't publish you because it will put me out of business you are TOO thick. There wouldn't be many if any other women out here that would be able to follow in your footsteps so I have to stick to the women that can give me more than one issue. So unfortunately, it would be bad for business on my end to work with you." So, of course I had to ask, "So, in layman's terms, it's more fake big booty girls than real ones and you can't work with the real ones because it would upset the fake ones to the point where they won't work with you?" His reply: "Basically."
It just doesn't pay to be real anymore. Literally.

from a strong supporter! If anyone knows your blueprint you gonna get published time and time again! You just have too look past that and say thank you for considering and hopefully we do business in the future and continue on with your hardwork. Some models are never published you have been published and even given you own magazine feature for a month of feb. What i am saying is you hard work is always paying off so don't get off track thick is not the word. Seeing how you been hitting the gym you are a more work of ark now just keep focused and know this is business keep it professional and understand if they say no say thanks and keep it moving. They might come back in the future but every takes they business serious. Like last night i asked too shoot you gave me your answer I could of got upset and had emotions running but i had too respect your answer But i told myself i continue too work hard and hopefully one day our work together will get published but that's just business and you a star just know that!
